I P/U my new 2007 Trek Pilot 2.1 today in Asheville @ Liberty Bicycles. I'll plug Liberty and say they were very friendly, knowledgable and proffesional and a very nice store. I also got a great deal w/ paying $1099 for the new Pilot; even got a slight upgrade because they couldn't find the stock Shimano 505 pedals they put the 520's on for no extra cost. I switched out the saddle ,didn't find anything I was in love with but put on a Indie XC for $35(It was better than the stock bontrager). got in a 4 mile ride before going to a business dinner...the saddle was OK but seemed to tilt a little to far back than I want..I'll adjust and see if that helps. I think though I will probably see if I can't find that magic saddle of comfort next week online for a deal(open to suggestions for my wide broadside). I wanted to change out the brake pads to Kool-Stop but they were sold out. Since I had to go to NC to get the deal and p/u the bike while on business in east TN I'll post a picture once I get home.
