I measure a 14 2E and I wear the Sidi Genius 5 Mega in a 49 and it fits great. I think I got them for around $200. I went into a few bike shops before I found the right one. But this one is definitely the one for me. You probably know by now that having feet this big means you don't get to just go into a shoe store and pick the ones that you like the looks of and try them all on. Good luck with your shoe search.
