it would help if the bike was in focus instead of the stuff behind it. what does the BB shell look like/say? and you might want to note the (what looks like a) serial number below the seat lug too.
also, the C&V crowd are really good at this stuff.
looks like great bike though! I'd love to see the whole thing.
