Bikes: Cannondale R700 USA Ed., & Motobecane Century Team & Motobecane Titanium

Please tell us your age. 53

1. What type of bikes do 50+ folks ride?
Cannondale R700 USA Edition

2. Do you take any special supplements/vitamins/minerals as you have grown older?
No, nothing other than a standard multi-vitamin and mineral, and a 500 mg Vitamin C.

3. How much do you feel you have "slowed down" if any?
Sure, but I keep more active than most my age.

4. How long have you been biking? New, around a while, biked all your life?
Not counting how I lived on my bike from age 5 to 20, I just got back on a road bike a couple of years ago.

5. What type of biking do you do? Long rides, touring, short rec rides, commute, tour, race?
Short (20-70) recreation rides at about 15mph avg.

6. How often do you bike? Your approximate annual mileage?
At least once a week for about 20-25 miles. And then a couple of times a month an organized ride of 50+ miles. This is the first year I have tracked my mileage. So far I am over 1,100, so I would say annual mileage will be about 1,350.

7. Do you do any other type of physical activities - weight lifting, skiing, running, etc.?
Running, light weight lifting, hiking, fly fishing, snow skiing, etc.
