Stem recommendation for dropping bars

Trying to drop bar further than my 12 degree stem will permit.

Looking for either a good stem with a a very high angle that I can flip or an adjustable stem that isn't a piece of junk. I've seen adjustable from Ritchey and Oval Concepts, for example, but I'm looking for some user feed back.

The reason I'm looking is that I do 2-3 time trials per summer and use aerobars slapped on my road bike. I can actually get a lot lower than this set up allows and would like to see how that impacts my overall speed (more aggressive position vs comfort and power losses).
