hello, im currently looking to upgrade my frame from a Windsor 'The Hour' to... well just about anything under 400. The brassknuckle really caught me eye with its small frame size (im 5' 4" with a 28" inseam), and the pure track geometry. I'm just not exactly sure if this is the best upgrade i can get with my limited funds. If anyone has any suggestion/comments/experience with either frames, please help a fellow biker out.
