I dont see that happening here at all.

it would be nice though, less pollution since 90% of the pollution is this town is from motorist, we really dont have to many factories or coal burning plants etc.

although it could happen if gas keeps going up, people will be forced to walk, ride a bike or take public transit(if public transit can stay afloat)
