Why get frustrated at traffic when you can doze off or read on the bus, for less? It's beyond me.
I had a friend who started taking the bus to work, commuting between Silver Spring and Rockville/Bethesda (which is also the future route of the Purple Line for the Metro). Her wife (yup!) said that she was MUCH less cranky whenever she bused.
