Had the same symptom on my 3 year old Madone. Drove me nuts for a couple weeks. Lots of theories from the LBS, other than the BB, being the culprit. Finally convinced them to check it out. They did, and the 'clicking' is now resolve. Perhaps it was the re-torquing of the crankarm during the BB 'lubing' as the LBS described it.
