Is this too much training for beginner triathlete?

My stats are 255, 26 years of age, and 25% body fat..

I don't have any background in running or swimming except for playing soccer, football, baseball, and alot of other sports when I was younger.

So basically I'm taking this as if I'm a strict beginner, which is the case.

I'm starting today training for a duathlon that is this October and then next year will be all 3 disciplines.

Is this too much?? All times are in minutes.

Month 1:

Week 1:
walk/jog-- Mon: off, Tue: 30/0, Wed: off, Thur: 30/0, Fri: off, Sat: 27/3, Sun: completely off.
Cycling-- Mon: 30 min, Tue: off, Wed: 30 min, Thu: off, Fri: 35 minutes, Sat: off, Sun: completely off
Lifting for core strength: Mon evening, Wed evening, Fri Evening...

I will continue to do this schedule along with the corresponding sport every week.. I'm building up 16 weeks (thanks to BeginnerTraithlete.com) so that I'll be able to run 45 minutes straight.. And as far as cycling goes, I'll just increase my time 10% every week and eventually I'll get a heart-rate monitor to train more efficiently.. But this is what I have right now. This look ok? Thanks
