A glass of orange juice and either toast with peanut butter or a granola bar at 6:30, before I ride to work at around 7:00. After I arrive (around 7:45), I eat a banana or another granola bar and drink some Gatorade. Then another snack at about 10:00, then lunch at 11:30. If I'm running that day, I run @ 11:30, then eat lunch afterward.
