Bikes: 1986 Trek 500 Tri Series, 2005 Cannondale R1000

I've got a special up on ebay right now - really low reserve, and it's mint.

Also a NOS Rolls - they feel the same to me, although one difference I noticed is the rolls has its widest point a bit forward from the rear of the seat. The Turbos have the full width all the way at the rear.

I always preferred the Turbos (and the Turbo Specials over the plain turbos) over the Rolls for that reason - I like to jam my butt all the way back as far as possible when climbing.

Having said that I think San Marcos overall look to have much better build quality than Selle Italias. Though I rode one Turbo Special for 15 years and it was still going strong; only the padding started to get too soft for me...not bad for 15 years! (I'm over 200 pounds, too). So maybe just a visual fit and finish thing San Marco does better?

I also have a Regal Ti (NOS) and a gently used mid 80s suede SuperCorsa Concor I may throw up in the next week or two...I've gone to Brooks on my Bikes so kinda need to make room and raise dough to pay for 'em (Brooks are nice, but EXPENSIVE!)
