I wake up at 6:15 am, stretch (yes I do), take a shower, makes me a milkshake of protein, banana, peaches and soy milk, perhaps Koshi cereal if I feel for it with it, then change, get my panniers ready (lunch & breakfast sandwich included), do a quick check of the bike, and I'm out the door by 7:15-20 am.
At work I get coffee (free) and eat my sanwich with it.
