I get up at seven, have a slimfast shake -- not to diet, but because they're quick and haven't killed me yet -- try to drink some water, get on the road by 7:30, get to the bike station by 8, 8:15. Shower, dress, get to work by 9 (15.ish.) At work I usually grab a bagel or some oatmeal, and drink more water. Since I started commuting on the bike, I find I can't go more than a couple of hours without eating something. Not necessarily something healthy, mind you...
