If they're high priced bibs in great shape I'd try selling them in a lot (assuming same size) and not put a big start price or reserve, obviously. Personally I like my chamois unsoiled....
As for Jerseys, I have sold and bought used. Mostly bought vintage wool stuff, but sold a bunch of jerseys for the same reason - I lost weight and the loose fit was really uncomfortable (not to mention unsightly).
