btw, tubular tire tape is supposed to go on the inside of the rims, not in a couple of little bands on the outside.
btw, that wasn't tubular tape...those wheels were wooden and (someone can correct me if i'm wrong) but they were taped because those types of rim/tires are used for grass tracks
