Although the earlier post about the grilled cheese got me thinking. I make a what I call a "Ghetto Cheese" sandwich. This little snack served me well when I was poor and didn't cook or wash dishes much.

Make two slices of toast, add two American cheese singles put in the microwave for about 23 seconds (until the cheese just starts oozing out the sides) open the microwave and eat. No dishes, no mess, and without excess grease.
