Hi Bob

I'm using a 9-speed cassette.

The issue i'm facing is when setting the Hi limit on the front derailleur.

I shift to the largest cog and small chainring

The low limit is set just inside the FD, done. No chain rubbing.

I set the cable nice and tight but not too tight.

I then shift to the smallest cog and largest chainring - here's the problem: my Hi screw is completely screwed in and the chain is still rubbing on the outside of the front derailleur.
