It varies for me from giving an evil look to an invitation to get out of the car. The closest I've come to the latter was tonight where some dousche almost ran me over cuz he was in too big of a hurry to look to his left AND right before going into traffic. Well...luckily I saw him before he saw me and wasn't going to let him run me over...cuz he might have. He got a mouthful. But he was old so he wouldn't have gotten out anyway.
It might be worth thinking about what you'd do if a motorist ever took you up on your offer to get out of the car...or called the cops and reported that you were threatening them, which is what "get out of the car" sure sounds like.
