Couple things I don't understand.
1. You've averaged 75 miles per week for 22 years on you "old steelo" or you ride 15-20000 km per year as stated in the original post. Either way, how come you appear to be clueless about how long a bike should last?
2. If you've been riding and racing that much for that long, why do you still need to lose weight?
