I'd like to say I take the high ground and always let it go, but I don't. I probably let 8/10 things go by either ignoring them or an occasional use of the finger.

The only cars I chase down are ones that either very seriously endanger me, or if they're obnoxious and I've had a tough day.

I remember that George Carlin quote/observation that the average person has a pretty low IQ, and half are even worse. It's not worth my time to try and have a logical conversation with someone who is just venting because I've cost him 20 seconds out of his day.
