I did a quick true of the wheel on my lunch break and now it has about 1/16" clearance on the drive side at 35psi with about 1/8-1/4" of clearance on the non-drive side. Could this be an issue of a slightly twisted rear triangle (2 recent relatively minor crashes before putting these tires on). I may need to get out the frame checker and swing by on my day off...

I would prefer to run at least 50psi on these since it will be my summer tire for commuting. I may have to just cut my losses and ebay it to someone with a cruiser and get the normal 26x2.2 Bontrager Hank.
