1. Senior citizens in their big Caddys
2. Testosterone filled younger males with something to prove to their friends.
3. People who are looking for parking on the street and all of a sudden stop because they just saw a car that may be pulling out.
4. Cellphone users - hands free or with hands - doesn't matter
