Catweazle's idea for an introduction to cycling for older riders new or returning to the sport is a great idea. Sometimes, stickies are great, like the one mentioned and maybe the introduction sticky. With some sticky subjects, it may be best if they are not added to, just edited as things may change. They do tend to get too long.
