Up at 5:00, start the coffee,walk the dog one mile, drink a glass of water and a glass of orange juice, a few cups of coffee and an apple (which I eat while riding the first mile). After my 45 min. commute I make coffee at work, have a bowl of oatmeal and then carrots, fruit, another cup of coffee and a granola bar round out the morning. I have a sandwich, coffee(my last bad habit) and a pint of water in the early afternoon before riding home.
