I have Truvativ ISIS Elita cranks right now on my Cannondale roadbike and need to replace my BB. I have read negative reviews on their BB's. Would you suggest going with the Truvativ Giga Pipe SL or ponying up and upgrading to Shimano cranks and BB? Would there be a noticable performance improvement with the Shimano?
