Vueltas are OEM components that came on maybe Pistas in olden days. comparable to truativs. They're fine.

I would go for it, if it's a month or two old. The rush frameset and fork is close to $500 new by itself, I believe. Surly hubs are not my faves, but for that price I wouldn't sweat it.
