The sun is intense here in Florida and I've been searching for a way to protect my scalp under my helmet. This should be a concern even for those of you with a lot of hair - which sadly I don't have

I'm currently trying a "Headsweats" Skull Cap by Pedro's, but I got a headache using it with my Giro Atmos helmet. I removed all of my pads, but it still felt uncomfortable.

What do you like? Do you prefer white or black skull caps? How do you modify your helmet when wearing a skull cap?
