My daily rt commute is 40 mi. There's a shower facility w/o hot water, but there ARE lockers and a changing area. My approach is to change clothes completely upon arrival at work. I hang my cycling clothes on hangers on hooks in the changing area and my padded shorts on a small hanger in my locker. Everything gets turned inside out...socks and all. Just before embarking on my inward commute I take a shower. Then when I arrive at work I towell off and apply deo a 2nd time. This seems to work as well as anything short of a full-on shower. I've had work situations where a shower was available and that is optimal, of course, but I think if one showers just before leaving, a little deo and towelling off w/a change of clothes should do well enough. Tried 'baby wipes' and didn't really like them.

Even if I ride to work in a downpour my cycling clothes always seem to dry well enough for the homeward leg.
