What do you guys usually have for breakfast? It's not like I can load up on carbs 2 hours before and mash it out on my ride.

Get some Quick Quaker Oats, the one that cooks in 1 minute.

I cook it stovetop:

8 ounces of water
8 ounces of milk
1 measured cup of oats

Boil the milk & water together (add sugar or salt or raisins or whatever you flavor it with)

When milk & water boil, add Oats, stir for 30 seconds

You ready to eat a hearty and satisfying whole grain hot breakfast.

It takes 20 minutes tops to cook/eat/clean-up

It's awesome
