The weather was great, not too bright out before bedtime, took it slow, etc. It felt good to work out, I was hoping it would help more than it did...
It's been a long week. My entire body is sore. I don't know what the final straw was to make me feel like I've just been run over by a truck today, whether it was my long rides this weekend, being busy at work, sleeping on the floor (I'm between beds right now), or the physical manifestation of stress, but this is not cool.
