I'm going to do as unworthy1suggested and look into a nice wheel set. I'm currently bidding on 600 hubs.

Bob Jackson refinishes frames, I'm not about to mail it to England but I am going to clean it up with a new seat and barwrap today at the very least. Maybe look into refinishing it in the future.
