You probably can't buy steel replacement rings as they only come on very cheap cranks. Aluminum rings in the proper bolt circle diameter (do you know what you crank's is?) are available in a variety of tooth counts.

Biopace rings disappeared from production years ago and are only available NOS. If you really like them it may be worth a search but round rings are far more common.
