First thing you want to do is take the rear wheel off, check the cog/lockring grease if necessary, pop the chainring bolts out and grease them. While you're at it make sure the tension is semi-even on both wheels. Grease the axle where the nut threads on and oil the nut/integrated washer interface (triflow for example).
I've built at least a dozen of these and I wouldn't trust anything that your LBS has done to it out of the box.
