yeah, the shop owner gave me a couple buttons as a gift. I didnt put them on because it made no sense on how to pull up to tighten. but i now have an understanding of how you leave the straps adjustable if i want (simply only thread them over the serated edge only and then let them flap). so tomorrow i'll try it.

i'm not loving these dimension synthetic leather straps. i can tell they are cheap material and will be weak. they looked leather (because i didnt look close).
