Snakebite! What tire offers more pinch flat protection?

I should of been more careful, but I pinch-flatted both tires this morning! I'm a 240 lbs commuter with 700 x 28 Gatorskins on a Mavic a319 rim. The 700 x 28 tire on a 19mm rim might be part of the problem;

The rim is ETRTO compatible size: 622 x 19c
Recommended tire widths: 28 to 47 mm

I'm considering moving the Gatorskins to my vintage road bike and getting a larger tire for my commuter bike.

It comes down to a Schwalbe Marathon Plus 700c x 32 with a 95 psi max, or a
Kenda Kwest 700c x 35 with an 85 psi max.

Cost is not a priority, but flat protection is! Which is better?

Michael
