A quick google search shows the Surly nice rack available @ $108 and the tubus cargo at $110 - pretty much the same price. The Surly is rated for 80lbs and the Tubus for 90lbs. The Surly weighs 2.45lbs and the Tubus weighs 1.4lbs.
