Lol. Aside from my own experience testing several different brands of hybrids (both "performance" hybrids and "comfort" hybrids), one can look at the measurements of different hybrids of the same size and see that the geometry varies among bikes. Maybe not as much as it does from one type of bike to anohter (i.e., road vs. cross vs. road), but enough to make a difference in the comfort level from one bike to another and from one person to another.
