stem-saddle-top tube pad-seat-taping = yeah....I see your point

but that looks like a single speed road-use built Nagasawa with proper drillings, and the color is very very nice.

in an ideal build for that I'd opt for some Campy or old Shimano metal cable guides and change the stem and saddle, but even as it stands I like it well enough (really such a nice color)
