6'0" - 190lbs after a two year fitness hiatus. Lowest I got was just below 160, and I was fitting into a size 29 pant. I hated it. As I was in the process of cutting down on cardio and increasing my lifting and eating, I fell off track, buried myself in the books for my last year of undergrad in an attempt to get into law school, went through one short but taxing relationship, found the love of my life (together now 1.5 years), and packed on a gut.

For the past couple of months I've been righting the ship with a much better nutrition and exercise plan. I burn fat very easily when I actually allow myself to do it, but I swear I was eating fast food on a daily basis for the past two years it seems. Looking back, I can't believe I allowed myself to do that.

My current goal is to trim down to about 170 this Summer/Fall, lift to bulk up to 180 this winter, and cut down to a more muscular 170 next Spring.
