I read an article about a custom build, he stripped the white zipp decals and had custom ones printed by another company. any third party reprographics company should be able to do weatherproof stickers. probably cheaper than buying custom wheels, but also harder to duplicate. then again, if you provide the old decals and possibly a template, the graphics dept at where i work do this stuff all the time.
