Shimano R125 and Sidi Titan 2. Both are described as mid-level shoes by their respective brands. both are on close out prices.

I didn't see the Titan 2 on the Sidi website (all I know is it has the millenium sole) but I do like the Sidi bullet mtn shoes I currently use while Shimano has the r125 and their enthusiast model, carbon reinforced sole and it has the lockgrip thingie (along with 2 other velcro straps).

I'm not ready to spend on the highend stuff yet and I still plan to use my mtn spd pedals so I'm thinking of getting either as my training shoe.

Thoughts anyone?
