Giant TCRs are amazing. Have been riding one myself for many years now.

That said if you're talking Aluminum then I would lean towards the Cannondale.

Giant rocks the carbon world. A TCR that is not carbon is like a race car that is not fast. Still might be a great drive, but what's the point.
