My commute was great this morning, but a little on the painful side.
Yesterday, I did a 34 mile ride averaging 17.9 mph. I'd be fine today, but I didn't 1) drink enough water after the ride, 2) I didn't eat enough after the ride, 3) I didn't replenish my electrolytes after the ride, and 4) I didn't stretch before going to bed last night.
