Getting a new bike and plan to give my old one away. I may end up getting 2 bikes and was wondering if there are any panniers that have good capacity, waterproof or rain covers, and can be quickly switched between bikes? Wasn't able to find much with search function and the quick removal part. Price range should be less than say $150. Uses will be groceries, 8.4mi RT 4 season commute, hopefully some camping and maybe touring in the future. Currently using Transit Epic panniers which are overkill for commute but ok for groceries.
