You're not really going to get a good indication of that with a HRM. Holding a steady intensity, HR will slowly rise over the course of a long ride, which can offset a decline in power. The graphs from the cs400 are fun for the first few weeks, but there really isn't all that much you can do with them. If you're into graphs, get a powermeter.
