Ok.. all i can say is Fuuuuuuuuuuudge!

I started with a 15.4 mile bike ride the goal was to keep an avg of 18miles per hour at the least. The loop i rode has a few hills but nothing spectacular. I handled the riding well and felt good at that pace.. My computer showed 17.4 as the avg but i think that was the brief human traffic slow downs thru the trail.

I finished with the ride and locked the bike up, change my shoes put some shorts over my SHORTS and off i was.. the route i chose was 2.2 miles .. so i'm off my legs feel unstable but not hurting.. mind you this is a trot/jog and not sprinting ahhaa..

then about 200 yards and fuuuuuuuuuuuuddddgggggeeee... walk walk walk pant pant pant run ........ walk walk walk pant pant pant.. hahah you get the point..
I didnt time myself as i just getting started but it was pretty hard coming off the bike... running is tough anyways for me being 370ish (i know i was that last year too.. and the winter pushed me into old habits, but i'm back)..

Anyways.. i feel like i can do it.. and get better .. but it was a shock.. and i;m sore like nobodys business..

Lets do this TEAM CLYDE!
