dont really have much info on this frame, just wondering what it is and if its worth repairing. Just took some pics of the interesting bits, stupidly not of the whole frame.

Nervex lugs

wrap around seat stays (not caps or plug-ins, the top of the seat stay is squishes and then bent around the seat lug)

unidentified but cool drop outs (one is broken and someone MIG'd it back together)

The head tube has three(I think unthreaded) holes presumably for attaching a headbadge, which is of course missing.

Also, just the rear triangle is chromed. The last clue: fixed cup is a right hand thread. (Italian?)
