Word. I love running, used to run 6 miles nightly when I was 17.... it sad to see how far I've fallen in the past five years, but I suppose losing all this will be more of an accomplishment than all that running ever was. I can't wait to start again, but I won't run until I drop below 250... even then, I'd be worried about my knees a bit. You're a brave man running at 370, and I wish you the best of luck!

I might give a tri a shot next year, they sound kind of fun, or at least challenging
