DC Craigslist is funny, bikes like that are selling 150-300 all the time. But pretty good ones are too. People don't seem to differentiate between good/bad bikes, just whether they fall into that price bracket. OTOH, it is pretty tough to sell a bike that is easily 4x the value of a $250 CL bike for $400 unless there is something very well known about it.
